General Description

The MX series oxygen supply system of Air Physics is specially designed to couple with ozone generator. It is a type of oxygen concentrator, which uses molecular sieve to extract oxygen from air. The purity of output oxygen is 92% @ output pressure 1.2 bar-gauge. The capacity varies with the degrade of the molecular sieve. Utilizing the refrigerator air dry to reduce the heat and the humility of ambient air, the lifetime of molecular sieve is extended, on average, could last 12 to 18 months depending on the operating environments such as humidity, particles and temperature.

Maintenance and Consumption

In addition to regular maintenance on air compressor, and air dryer, the degrade of the assemble of molecular sieve needs to be monitored constantly. The assemble of molecular sieve is specially designed to be easy to do the replacement by users. Because the molecular sieve will naturally degrade even under unpack situation, so it is better to keep minimum spare.
